Returns

We do not accept returns on custom made items unless we have made an error in production. If the garment happens to fail during the first 30 days after purchase, we will remake the same item in the same size and color(s) as originally ordered (any changes would be considered a new order). Absolutely NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be given on items not properly cared for.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted us through the RETURNS link (located on the footer).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you will receive your refund in the form of Store Credit.

Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled if requested before sent to design (normally 8 hours). All orders cancelled within the first 8 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee. All orders cancelled after the 8 hour windows will be charged for design time at a rate of $50/hr (or fraction thereof) up to the full amount of the order, any remaining funds will be applied to your account in the form of Store Credit.

In the event of a dispute on your order with a 3rd party or outside agency, your order will be placed on an immediate HOLD until the 3rd party reaches a decision on that dispute. If you have falsely/unjustly filed for a reversal, you will be held responsible for all items that have already been produced and all design time associated with your order. KrazyLlama reserves the right to sue in a court of law in order to recover any outstanding balance on the account, attorney's fees and employee time (employee time calculated at a rate of $50 per hour per employee) for all costs incurred during the litigation process.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the RETURNS link (located on the footer) and you will be contacted with further information.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at sales@krazyllama.com *NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA #*

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no exchange/refund will be given if original item is not received.
