Shipping Options
- USPS Flat Rate - Delivers in 2-3 days from the mailing date, with various pricing options.
- USPS Priority - Delivers in 1-2 days from the mailing date, with variable costs.
- Standard Shipping - This uses USPS Standard Post; you can upgrade to faster options at regular cost.
If you need expedited service (same-day or next-day), please contact us directly before placing your order. Due to factors beyond our control, like USPS delivery schedules, we can't guarantee specific delivery times for USPS Standard, Flat Rate, or Priority shipping.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer due to increased demand. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure they arrive on time. Unfortunately, we can't be held liable for packages that don't arrive by a specific date during this busy period.
Handling Charge
To cover the costs of packaging materials, we charge a flat rate of $2.50 for handling. This helps us maintain quality packaging while keeping shipping rates reasonable.
International Shipping
Currently, KrazyLlama ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska only.
Additional Information
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other issues, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it. We use the USPS API to calculate shipping charges; if they misquote your shipping, we'll notify you of any additional costs before shipping your order.
